Training routine have 16 day training program, by finishing increase the weight of the kettlebell or add extra reps to your training and continue work on your strength and skills. Aim to do this kettlebell routine at least two to three times a week, performing each of the exercises in the order shown in application. As always, warm up before working out and cool down and stretch afterward as needed.
